Objective of our research is the analysis and modeling of metabolic and regulatory networks of cells in a Systems Biology approach, i.e. through integrated use of experimental data at genomic, proteomic and metabolic levels, bioinformatic tools and mathematical modeling. Emphases are put on biological questions related to Biomedicine (e.g bacterial Infection and host responses) and to Metabolic Engineering.
